Although I Was Previously Aware With The Science On Habit Development, Reading This Book Gave Me New Perspectives On The Habits I’m Attempting To Establish Or Break In My Own Life. This Book Does An Excellent Job Of Outlining The Conceptual Foundation For How Habits Develop And Offers Illuminating Tips For Creating Positive Habits And Kicking Harmful Ones.
